We do accept returns on non-personalised and non-Intimate items such as the crafting kits & supplies. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

We hate plastic waste, all of our packaging can be either recycled or composted.

We have designed our packaging to fit through your letterbox where we can, so no waiting around all day for your parcel to arrive.
